Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to LMC! We offer volunteer group experiences that allow community members, corporate teams, and service-learning groups to work alongside LMC staff.
Volunteer Group Activities

Beach Cleanup
Volunteers assist in collecting debris on nearby beaches that may have been left behind by visitors or blown onto the beach from land or offshore.
Campus Beautification
Volunteers may assist LMC staff with landscaping, mulching, native planting, surface cleaning, power washing, and/or other critical maintenance projects across our campus.
Invasive Species Removal
Volunteers may use loppers and shears to remove invasive plant species from Loggerhead Park Natural Area.
Nesting Season Research Support
June-November our research team needs volunteer support to replenish field markers and ensure the vehicle fleet is kept in top condition for nesting season.
Seasonal Special Activities
Special projects may be available to support Education, Animal Care, Administration, or Conservation throughout the year.

Volunteer groups generally require a minimum investment of $500 and may increase depending on time and number of people in your group. If you are interested in bringing your volunteer group to LMC, please click on the link below.
