Monique Brechter, LMC Vice Chair, is a former utility and energy project development director, specializing in environmental analysis and permitting at the federal, state and local levels. She has been the development lead or environmental lead for over 15 transmission lines, undersea cables, renewable and fossil-fuel energy projects. She has over 30 years of experience in regulatory affairs, community relations and project management. Brechter is a member of LMC’s Executive Committee, Finance Committee and is Chair, Conservation Committee.
