Coastal Notes and Brushstrokes

Loggerhead Marinelife Center Hosting After-Hours Art and Music Event

Juno Beach, Fla. (April 16, 2026) – Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) invites the community to Coastal Notes and Brushstrokes, a new event featuring art and music. On Friday, May 1 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests are invited to LMC for an evening of painting, gallery installations, and live music. The event is sponsored by the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County through its Bright Ideas sponsorship program and is part of its MOSAIC (Month of Shows, Art, Ideas, and Culture) celebration.

LMC’s event space, The Eleanor, will be transformed into an art gallery showcasing more than 60 pieces by artists from The Artists Studio and Gallery of Tequesta, Sarah Houglum, Bianca’s Corner Studio, Renee Simler Fine Art, and Anthony Burks Sr. Enjoy live music from award-winning jazz vocalist Yvette Norwood-Tiger, stroll through the Center’s outdoor sea turtle hospital, and take part in a photo booth experience. Drinks and small bites will be available for purchase by SandyJames Food & Production.

The Cultural Council’s MOSAIC celebration is an annual, monthlong initiative in May that is designed to promote Palm Beach County as a premier cultural destination for both residents and visitors. As a MOSAIC participant, the Center is offering two promotions for the month of May: buy one, get one free on public-guided early access tours, and 10% off purchases in the gift store. To redeem these special offers, visit mosaicpbc.com.

General admission to Coastal Notes and Brushstrokes is $20, with presale tickets available for $15. Tickets may be purchased online or at the door. For more information on the event or to purchase tickets, visit marinelife.org/special-events/.
