On Thursday, December 3, Carroll Roy Snyder, loving husband of Susan Boyle Snyder, passed away at age 77 in Jupiter, Florida.
Roy and Sue were married for 50 years and lived a life of shared adventure, love and commitment to each other and dedication to the preservation of the environment. He volunteered many hours in support of the Audubon Society’s Everglades Day. He also enjoyed his work as a docent at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. Roy loved spending time in nature and bird watching was his passion.
Roy was a dedicated volunteer at Loggerhead Marinelife Center, spending 15 years greeting and educating guests on our important mission. Roy was also a member of the Center’s Blue Friends Society and will greatly missed by all that knew him.
