Conservation Kids Summer Camp

Qualifying LMC members receive discounted pricing on seasonal camps, birthday parties, and select family programming. Duration & Hours

  • Camp hours are Monday – Friday, from 9am to 4pm.
  • Late pick-up (5pm) and early drop-off (8:30am) are available for an additional fee ($10/day).

Watch as your child turns from camper to Conservation Hero as they learn the importance of ocean conservation. Be a part of safeguarding endangered species, restoring ecosystems, and inspiring your community to cherish and protect our planet. 

Ready, set, SAVE! Campers will learn how to responsibly enjoy the outdoors while having fun seining and snorkeling safely in marine environments. Conservation Heroes will also explore the different ecosystems here in South Florida and gain an understanding of human impacts on them. Each camper will leave with tools and resources to implement responsible practices in their own community!

  • Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s summer camp programs are interactive, educational, and stimulating. Each camp is geared towards children ages 6* through 13.
  • *Children must be 6 years old by the date of their camp enrollment AND have already attended kindergarten. 
  • The Camp Manager or Director of Education will email with more information, agendas, and timelines prior to the start of camp. 
Jr. Marine Biology Summer Camp 2026 Scholarship Applications

These scholarships will allow students to receive financial assistance so they can participate in LMC’s fun and hands-on activities that promote sea turtle rehabilitation and ocean conservation. Each scholarship will cover tuition for one session of LMC’s Junior Marine Biologist Summer Camp, field trips that explore local coastal ecosystems, daily lunch, camp shirts, and the option for daily extended care.

Scholarships will be granted based on financial need. The Center encourages families to apply if their child has a passion for wildlife and the outdoors, is curious about the ocean and local marine life, or aspires to work in the marine sciences or related fields.
