Buffy

Buffy is a juvenile green sea turtle found floating near Carlin Park. Due to excessive buoyancy, weights were applied to the carapace. They also have a healed partial amputation of the right rear flipper. As Buffy is not eating voluntarily, assisted force-feeding has been initiated. They are on IV antibiotics.
