Dumpling is a juvenile green turtle found entangled in fishing line by Flagler in Palm Beach. Dumpling has FP tumors in several locations and also has buoyancy problems. Current treatment is velcro weights and medication to improve his/her buoyancy. Dumpling will eventually get surgery to remove the tumors. Photo by Marisa Marulli
