Florence is a juvenile Kemp’s ridley found near Cape Cod back in December 2024 as a cold stun. Florence was transferred from Coastal Stewards. A persistent wound is present on the back of the neck. The walls of the wound have granulated, but a deep crevice is still present. Current treatment is wound care once a week with antibiotics. Photo by Marisa Marulli
