Master Oogway is a juvenile green caught at the Juno Beach Pier. A hook was embedded in the left front flipper. Dr. Barron removed the hook. Treatment is antibiotics. Master Oogway was named by John I. Leonard Highschool students that won our Unwrap the Waves competition in 2023.
