Loggerhead (Caretta, caretta) (CC24-1037)

Moose is a subadult loggerhead sea turtle found by Inwater Research Group with a boat strike. Dr. Barron surgically repaired the caudal carapace with screws, wire and a bone plate. Current treatment is pain medication and antibiotics.
