Juvenile Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas) (CM25-197)

Nugget is a juvenile green turtle transferred from Coastal Stewards. She is very thin and suffering from gastric impaction. Gastric motility is being monitored. She is positive for Caryospora, a protozoan parasite. Current treatment is an anti-parasitic medicine given once a week.
