Taylor is a juvenile green found in Lake Rogers in Boca Raton, Fl. Taylor had a boat strike on a carapace and head. Dr. Baron performed a fracture repair with screws and wires. Currently treatments include wound vac and antibiotics.

Had surgery on Wednesday May 24. Dr. Barron debrided boat strike and rear flipper and removed fp tumor. Taylor is tumor free. Prognosis is still guarded!

The wound is not healing and infection is spreading so another surgical debridement is needed. Current treatment includes wound vac, honey bandage, TPN, tube feeding, antibiotics and pain medication. Prognosis is poor.
