Issue: Fishing line entaglement
Current Condition: Released

Aquaman is a large juvenile green sea turtle patient that was found in the Lake Worth Lagoon in North PalmBeach. The turtle arrived with line entangled around the base of its left front flipper. The line was removed and the constriction wound with be treated topically with honey and therapeutic laser. Aquaman will receive antibiotics and be monitored closely as we treat its entanglement injury.
