Issue: Infection
Bob Ford is a juvenile green sea turtle patient that was found washed ashore in Hobe Sound. Bloodwork shows an elevated white cell count, indicating a systemic infection. The turtle will receive antibiotics and be monitored closely as we treat its infection.
PROGRESS KEY:
This turtle is progressing well and responding to therapy as desired.
There is a minor issue that we are working to resolve.

08/23/2019 - Bob Ford was released on August 21!
08/16/2019 - Bob Ford has been cleared for release next week.
08/09/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count is still normal and all medications have been discontinued.
08/05/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count is still normal.
07/26/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count is now normal.
07/18/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count is coming back down with new medication.
07/11/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count went back up, so medication was changed.
07/04/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count continues to come down.
06/27/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count has come down with the new medication.
06/20/2019 - Bob Ford had an additional antibiotic added this week to its treatment regimen.
06/13/2019 - Bob Ford has shown significant improvement this week.

05/30/2019 - Bob Ford\'s almost finished passing plastic and is doing well.
05/23/2019 - Bob Ford\'s white cell count is coming down slowly and the turtle is passing a large amount of large pieces of plastic.
