ADMISSION NOTE:

Cici was found floating in Coral Cove Park. The turtle had intestinal air but is now eating and passing feces.

PROGRESS NOTES:

2/17/2016 – Cici was released on February 17th from Juno Beach after successful rehabilitation at LMC.

2/1/2016 – Cici was tagged and all medications have been discontinued.

1/8/2016 – Cici is doing very well and the white count is normal.  The turtle was taken off of most medications and will be tagged in the next few days.

12/16/2015 – Cici was taken for a CT scan because of the floatation issue. The scan revealed that air had leaked out of the lung into the coelomic cavity. Over 5.5 liters of air were removed from the coelomic cavity and the turtle is no longer floating.

11/25/2015 – Cici was found floating in Coral Cove Park. The turtle had intestinal air but is now eating and passing feces.
