ADMISSION NOTE:

Lettie is a juvenile green sea turtle that was found in Fort Pierce lethargic and emaciated, with algae covering its carapace and soft tissue. Bloodwork shows a high white cell count indicating a systemic infection. We will monitor Lettie closely and repeat bloodwork often as we treat with antibiotics.

03/22/2018 – Sea_turtle_icon(green) Lettie was released at Walton Rocks Beach on 3/20/18.

03/14/2018 – Sea_turtle_icon(green) Lettie has been taken off all antibiotics and will be tagged later this week.

03/01/2018 – Sea_turtle_icon(green) Lettie’s white cell count remains slightly elevated. The current treamtent plan will continue.
