Monday, May 4 - Ocean Zones
Dive into the depths of the ocean and explore the various zones that comprise our oceans. From Epipelagic to Hadalpelagic, and everything in between! LMC’s biologist, Casey, will explore each zone, the organisms that might live there, and adaptations that help these organisms survive!

Tuesday, May 5 - Microfiber Detectives
Grab your microscopes! Learn all about a specific type of microplastic, called microfibers, including where they come from, how to test for them, and what you can do to reduce this impact on the ocean ecosystem. Join our biologist, Lindsay, as she performs an experiment to detect natural versus synthetic fibers. Then, conduct the experiment on your own using our at-home activity lesson plan!

Wednesday, May 6 - Coral Reefs
Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s biologist educator, Enya discusses the beautiful animal known as “coral”. Friday, May 8 - Unique Sea Creatures
