In 1959, Lilly Pulitzer made her debut among a sea of daring fashion icons and the vibrant and chic clothing line revolutionized resort wear, and continues to set-the-tone for the Palm Beach lifestyle. This week, the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners celebrated Lilly Pulitzer’s extraordinary impact in The Palm Beaches by proclaiming November 10th as “Lilly Pulitzer Day.”
Commissioner Melissa McKinlay sponsored the proclamation, commemorating Pulitzer’s imprint on society, community, family, and fun!
