12/06/2021 - Since Khoa’s left front flipper amputation on November 11, the turtle has been swimming effortlessly and is doing well overall. The incision site has slightly opened up, but that is to be expected with the incision’s location and this type of surgery. The amputation site is being treated daily with topicals.
