Loggerhead Marinelife Center is undergoing improvements and a Capital Expansion at this time. During this construction phase, our work rescuing and rehabilitating sea turtles will continue, and the animals in our hospital will continue to receive the highest quality care available.

Holidays and Closures
On occasion our campus will close early for a special event or weather related issue or holiday. Please note to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers, the outdoor hospital will close when lighting is in the area. We look forward to seeing you!

Enjoy our daily offered tours to get an up close look at our outdoor sea turtle hospital. You will learn about each patient and have any of the questions you may have answered! Please register at your desired date and time on our calendar.
Cost: $10/adult $5/child under 8
Time: Monday - Friday at 2 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Adopt a Sea Turtle
You can support Loggerhead Marinelife Center by “adopting” a sea turtle patient starting at just $35. Before arriving, adopt one of our patients for your friends and family to visit! Get up close to your adopted sea turtle in our outdoor hospital. Our docents will be able to convey your turtles story to you!

Accessibility, Accompaniment, & Basic Rules

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Sorry, no pets, food, or beverages may be brought onto campus. Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a smoke-free facility.
To ensure everyone's safety all service animals MUST be declared to our guest services staff before entry and remain on a short leash at all times. Because our sea turtle patients are sick and can carry diseases, "service animals" are not recommended to explore our Outdoor or Indoor Sea Turtle Hospital. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. Loggerhead Marinelife Center allows "service animals" as described in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. Please note, "assistance animals" are not within the scope of the ADA definition and are not permitted on our campus.
