The entire LMC family is saddened by the loss of Ann Miller. A true friend and advocate of Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Ann will be truly missed by all that knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.
Dear Friend of LMC,
We mourn the passing of Ann Miller. Board Member, LMC Secretory, educator, mentor, and friend.
For many decades, Ann was part of LMC’s journey and progress as one of our most enthusiastic supporters, mentors, and leaders. Ann was a life long educator and was responsible for working with LMC’s Board to take us from our humble beginnings to where we are today.
While we have lost a major family member in the history of our Center, Ann’s legacy will live on through all of us, and through our mission which she deeply loved.
Ann’s Legacy to our Center and to our Community will be remembered by a beautiful education exhibit fountain within our new expansion – a fountain that Ann personally designed.
We are a much stronger organization and community because of Ann. She left an amazing indelible impact on our Center, on our Community and on the many students and individuals she impacted.
Ann’s Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, June 8th from 2:00-4:00 at the Juno Beach Town Center. Ann’s favorite color was red and she loved bright colors, so please dress accordingly.
In lieu of flowers you may make a donation in Ann’s memory which will be designated towards her beautiful fountain exhibit.
