As visitors enter the One Ocean Hall, they are met with the same refreshing feeling of walking into the ocean and the same sense of excitement as diving underwater; sounds of waves lapping and fish crunching transport guests to some of our most iconic and critical ecosystems here in South Florida, from seagrass beds to Florida's Coral Reef.

Native species can be spotted throughout the One Ocean Hall, including in the Digital Reef experience, where children and families can learn about the weird and wondrous adaptations displayed on the reef as they color their own fish and send them to the reef to swim!

Explore our new immersive Rescue to Release virtual reality experience that transports visitors from a sea turtle rescue with our animal care team to its successful release back into its ocean home, curated by our experienced staff and volunteer educators.
