Pelagic Problem Solvers Lab- In this hands-on lab experience, students will learn about the impact that humans have on the environment through a water filtration lab examining microplastics and microfibers.

Squid Dissection Lab- Students will be able to learn about squid species. After the presentation, students will be able to dissect an inshore squid species that can be found in the water here in Florida.

Biodiversity Beach Trek- Students will learn on a beach trek about barrier islands, tides, and why our beaches are so important for the animals that live and nest there.

Coastal Trek Field Guide Experience- Students will adventure into the Juno dune coastal ecosystem and be immersed in the flora and fauna found there. Students will learn about the importance of a field guide and create their own from their observations on the hike.

Guided Tour- Students will have a guided experience through our outdoor sea turtle hospital and get the chance to investigate sea turtle biofacts. Students will learn about our current patients and why they are in the hospital and some methods that we are using to help the sea turtle become healthy enough to be released back into the wild.
