Thursday, March 19 - Interactions with Fisheries

Join us in the Virtual Coastal Classroom as we discuss how lung infections like pneumonia affect sea turtles and observe our sea turtle patient, Annie Beau, receiving her treatment. Using unique "turtle-approved" and innovative techniques, our veterinarians administer medication for these types of infections using a nebulizer -- and you will find out how.

Friday, April 3 - Living Beaches
Welcome to the Living Beaches Program at Loggerhead Marinelife Center! Loggerhead Marinelife Center\'s biologist educator Enya will be conducting a seaside excursion to discover the origins of southeast Florida seashells and other beachcombing finds. During this program, Enya will talk about how beaches form, the many animals that call the beach home, teach guests about the living components of our beaches, and help identify beachcombing finds.
